Am I missing something?

To protest Israeli bombing civilians (as is falsely alleged) someone bombs other civilians. Huh????

If Hamas were that fearful of Israeli bomb attacks and are advocating for their own people wouldn't they invest in bomb shelters and the like to protect their people from the "mean Israelis"?
